The millennium management

Abstract

The millennium paradigms in administration and management have flourished epistemic approaches that privilege the inner treasure of the human being and the emotions, related to the categories of productivity and success in management. In opposition to the traditional organizations, with pyramidal administrative dispositions, with fatigued organizational structures, while in a heterarchical conception, the leaders would not occupy the classical hierarchy and the workers not only have the responsibility to fulfill the manager, but to exchange, confront ideas and visions, through a libertarian dialogicity. An organizational climate germinates with spaces for rejoicing at the task. The purpose of this essay is to conceive a reflection on horizontal management under an affective configuration, the construction of public strategies that break with the mechanical ways of using guidelines in the agenda and execution of government policies. These signals must be based on strategies, plans and programs with clear objectives, in which all possible scenarios are examined, in order to successfully avoid the deviations so typical of this millennial era, satiated with uncertainty and chaos, enhancing the levels of flexibility in all spheres of action, promoting creativity and openness to the way of leading, directing, managing and organizing processes
