Desafíos y lecciones en la gestión del cambio en hospitales de américa latina: Una revisión literaria

Resumen
La gestión del cambio en hospitales enfrenta desafíos como la infraestructura y los intereses personales, afectando la calidad de los servicios. Los objetivos de este artículo es conocer la relevancia de los desafíos y lecciones en la gestión del cambio en hospitales, evaluar la capacidad de respuesta según la administración hospitalaria y reconocer la percepción del servicio de los trabajadores y pacientes. La metodología utilizada fue de enfoque cualitativo, no experimental y alcance descriptivo. La técnica destaca por ser la revisión bibliográfica y la ficha de datos como instrumento. La población documental estuvo conformada por artículos obtenidos de ProQuest, ScienceDirect, Scopus y SciELO. Se establecieron criterios de selección para incluir y excluir artículos, seleccionando 50 en total. La búsqueda de artículos siguió el método PRISMA, por lo que la información recopilada cumple con validez y confiabilidad para ser analizada. Finalmente se concluye que la infraestructura, deficiencias en la gestión hospitalaria, poca intervención del estado y planes inadecuados para afrontar crisis son los principales desafíos encontrados en este sector. En cuanto a las lecciones, destaca la resiliencia hospitalaria, combinación de medidas sanitarias, gestión de riesgos y fortalecimiento por sus resultados efectivos al ser aplicados
