Specialist evaluators in the area for the review process will have an online evaluation scale, which they will fill out through the Open Journal System (OJS) platform, guaranteeing the registration and traceability of the process.

• Criteria on formal aspects of the scientific product, adjusting to the theme of the journal and the type of product to be evaluated, following the Publishing Norms and Guidelines of the Aula Virtual Journal; references and sources subject to APA Standards 7th edition. These criteria will be graded according to the evaluation scale: "YES" and "NO", according to the type of production indicated in the evaluation scale.

 

• Criteria on content or substantive aspects of the scientific product, originality and relevance of the subject. They will be graded according to the evaluation scale: "YES" and "NO", according to the type of production indicated in the evaluation scale.

 

• General assessment criterion, will allow you to offer a final opinion under a qualitative assessment, according to the indicator indicated in the evaluation scale, you must mark an "X" in the description that goes; from publishing the production without any observation, publishing if it makes the corrections indicated by the evaluators, to not publishing because it does not meet the requirements established in the Aula Virtual Magazine.

 

• Concluding space for Final Suggestions, in which the evaluator may very succinctly present his comments or indications to the authors.

 

• The evaluator - reviewer must make an objective and respectful judgment on the quality of the evaluated product, making clear and precise observations on the text.

 

• The existence of inconsistencies in the evaluated text that violate the ethical norms of research, such as possible plagiarism or similarity of the product with any other published work that is known by the evaluator - reviewer; It must be immediately communicated to the Director - Editor of the Aula Virtual Magazine.

 

• The evaluator - reviewer will not consider for their evaluation products in which they have conflicts of interest or that result from competitive relationships or collaboration with authors, companies or institutions related to production, in such case, they must declare themselves prevented and reject the review.

 

• Editorial decision: Once the productions evaluated by the evaluators - reviewers have been received, the Editorial Committee of the Aula Virtual Magazine, through its editor, will review and issue a final opinion under a qualitative assessment according to the indicator indicated in the evaluation scale, whose decisions are identified as:

 

• It will be published in the Aula Virtual Magazine, its text is publishable as it is presented. (In the process of layout and galleys, minor adjustments may be made that, in the opinion of the Editorial Committee, were specific).

 

• It will be published in the Aula Virtual Magazine, if the author (s) makes the corrections evaluated by the referees. (The reforms made will be checked by the editor to verify that the requested corrections have been made. Otherwise, they will be returned to the author again).
• It will not be published, because it does not meet the requirements established in the Aula Virtual Magazine. (Rejected articles cannot be sent back to the journal).

The measure of the evaluators - reviewers and the Editorial Committee is final. The editor of the Editorial Committee is responsible for deciding which of the Journal's Products should be published.

• Layout and Galleries: The productions approved for publication will be sent to the editor for layout.

 

• Publication: After the productions have been reviewed by the editor, they will be scheduled for the corresponding number as deemed by the Editorial Committee. Authors are recommended to disclose and disseminate their publication in the various digital media that they consider so. Once the favorable verdict is issued, the maximum time for the publication of a production will not exceed six (6) months.
