Essential strategy for risk identification in the granting of credits without endorsement in BANESCO

Abstract

This article presents the research carried out with the objective of proposing a management strategy based on web tools for the identification of risk factors in the granting of credits without endorsement of the Premium segment in Banesco Banco Universal. It was developed with a quantitative methodology, a descriptive field study, in which the contribution of the managers that make up the population of six (6) employees was considered, who were approached through the survey technique. The deductive rational analysis method was used, descriptive statistics for the interpretation of the data obtained, instrument reliability of 0.79 at an acceptable level. The general results were weaknesses within the companies in terms of training in web tools as well as their unavailability, however the company has reliable and solid information systems, linked and controllable. By virtue of the aforementioned, it is recommended to undertake management actions within the framework of training, training and acquisition of web tools as well as elements of management such as management indicators.
