Abstract

This essay arises from an action research, to address the issue of social inequalities that are reproduced in school through socialization, qualitative methods were applied in order to demonstrate the need to raise awareness about the treatment that, from the perspective gender occurs in the school context, it is taken into account that gender identity is inherent in social processes that are generated in spaces such as school


In accordance with the theme, inclusive language is used to make women visible to the generic masculine that has historically made them invisible. It was concluded that there is ignorance of the gender perspective in both internal and external actors related to the school institution. From a sensitizing perspective, institutionality is the starting point, as a companion in socialization processes. Although it is difficult to transform the patriarchal structure that supports the school institution, if it can be demanded that inclusion is fulfilled from the maintenance of equity, as an equality tool for social balance between men and women.
