Advanced Management applied to public-private associations (app) of health care: Ontological, Epistemological and Axiological aspects

Abstract
The present argumentative essay aims to review the ontological, epistemological and axiological aspects related to the Advanced Management of mixed health care services, with a focus on public-private partnerships (PPP), exposing the elements that define the bases, knowledge and values ??of the construct of the Management for these groups. As a consequence, Advanced Management implies a conceptualization that puts the human being before it, as an essential element of the management process of organizations, while public-private partnerships involve opportunities to develop entities that take advantage of the efficiency of private management in the counter provision of infrastructure construction or provision of services with a social function, as represented by health care. Hence, there are guiding elements, both fundamental and value-based, that identify the space within the health care system, leading to social efficiency and resource management in public-private partnerships.
