The Aula Virtual Journal uses Open Journal Systems (OJS), working with PKP-PN (PKP-Preservation Network), all publications are automatically archived in LOCKSS (Lots of Copies Keep Stuff Safe) and CLOCKSS (Controlled Lots of Copies Keep Stuff Safe). ), thus guaranteeing a permanent and secure file over time.

The Aula Virtual Journal maintains a non-profit open access policy (coinciding with AmeliCA's policies) for both Authors and Readers.

In the case of authors:

The authors will maintain the copyright on their Scientific Production and will allow its dissemination through the Aula Virtual Journal.

All Scientific Productions must represent contributions in the area of research that help create new visions, theories, methodologies among others to the scientific investigative world.

When Authors detect a significant error or inaccuracy in their published Products, it is their obligation to immediately notify the Journal Editor and cooperate to withdraw or correct the document.

 

In the case of readers:

They may duly cite the scientific production, respecting the integrity of the text, adhering to the Creative Commons License CC BY NC ND which are:

 

• Attribution: You must give proper credit, provide a link to the license, and indicate if any changes were made. You may do so in any reasonable manner, but not in any manner that suggests that the licensor endorses you or your use.
• Non-Commercial: You may not use the material for commercial purposes.
• No Derivatives: If you remix, transform, or build upon the material, you may not distribute the modified material.
• No additional restrictions: You may not apply legal terms or technological measures that legally restrict others from doing anything the license allows.

In the case of the magazine:

The magazine maintains some Guidelines that can be consulted in the section called Guidelines, the most outstanding points are:

The Journal is an electronic publication published every six months, indexed and refereed, designed to disseminate research carried out by researchers of any nationality. The Magazine seeks to promote the dissemination of global knowledge, disseminating the Products in the research and scientific field worldwide.

The purpose of the Magazine is to disseminate reflective critical thinking on topics of interest to humanity, which leads to a deep knowledge of the being that is to be promoted.

The Magazine may publish Products written in Spanish or English, or another language that the Editorial Committee considers pertinent; emphasizing national and Spanish research.

The double-blind arbitration system will be used, which will ensure the reliability of the process, maintaining the confidentiality of the identity of both the authors and the Referees, as well as the content of the evaluations issued by them and the Editorial Committee.

Plagiarism or fraud will be strictly prohibited and the Products that are identified as plagiarism or its content or its content is fraudulent will be published, in the case that it had already been published it will be eliminated from the magazine.

The Products may be made by a maximum of two (2) Authors, and one production per volume of the Magazine may be published.

The consignment of the Products does not imply any commitment to publication. This will only be effective through the approval of the Editorial Committee, which will be through notification to the Authors.

The evaluation of the Product will be made according to criteria established by the Journal, referring to: originality, social-legal relevance, topicality, contributions, scientific rigor and compliance with the standards established by the Editorial Committee.

The original and unpublished Products will be received and submitted to the arbitration process; therefore, Authors are recommended not to simultaneously send their Products to different media. Works that are not unpublished are not ruled out, when in the opinion of the Editorial Committee and at the request of the Authors, they constitute a significant contribution to the area of knowledge.
